Philly Steak Sandwich
A classic Philly Steak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender.
3. Push veggies to one side of the skillet. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
4. Mix veggies and steak together in the skillet.
5. Place provolone cheese slices over the steak and veggie mixture. Let it melt.
6. Toast hoagie rolls in a separate pan or oven.
7. Fill each hoagie roll with the steak, veggie, and cheese mixture. Serve hot.
