Pistachio Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed greens
- ½ cup Shelled pistachios roughly chopped
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Add mixed greens, pistachios, feta cheese, and dried cranberries to the bowl.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately.
