  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with Italian seasoning.
  3. 3. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to broil.
  5. 5. Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of each burger bun. Top each patty with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. 6. Place the burgers on a baking sheet and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7. Top with the other half of the burger bun and serve immediately.
