Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Diced Pork cooked
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots thawed
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add diced pork, cook until heated through.
Push pork to the side, add remaining oil and beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
