- 2 lbs Pork spare ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the ribs with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the ribs on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
