  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
  • 1 small Onion grated
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes and onion.
  3. 3. Add beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the hot oil, flattening them with a spatula.
  6. 6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
