Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 small Onion grated
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl.
2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes and onion.
3. Add beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the hot oil, flattening them with a spatula.
6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
