  • 4 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
  • 1 medium Onion grated
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated mixture.
  3. 3. Add the beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Scoop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan, flattening them into pancakes.
  6. 6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
