Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
Flatten each ball into a disc, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold the edges over to enclose the filling.
Flatten the filled dough gently to form a thick disc.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook each pupusa for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
