- 1 package coleslaw mix 14 oz
- 1 package ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Dressing
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and chopped green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
