  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Stir in spinach, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve in bowls, topped with boiled eggs and green onions.
