  • 1 pack Ramen noodles any flavor
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the eggs to the pan and scramble until they start to set.
  5. 5. Add the cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce to the pan. Stir to combine.
  6. 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
