Raw Beet Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 medium Beets peeled and grated
- 1 medium Carrot peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Peel and grate the beets and carrot.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated beets and carrot.
3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
