  • 2 pounds red potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped red onion

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the red potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chopped dill, celery, and red onion.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and gently mix until all ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
