Ingredients 

Pickling Brine

  • 1 cup vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Vegetables

  • 4 cups cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.
  2. 2. Let the brine cool to room temperature.
  3. 3. Pack the cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, and garlic into a jar.
  4. 4. Pour the cooled brine over the vegetables, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. 5. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
