- 1 cup mango pulp fresh or canned
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 0.5 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Ice cubes optional
In a blender, add mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
