Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

Stuff the cavity with lemon halves, crushed garlic, and thyme sprigs.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
