  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Pickles, diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Let them cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, carrots, green peas, and pickles.
  3. 3. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
