Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5. Add the diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the milk and salmon chunks. Cook until the salmon is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
