Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 1 package Frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, and 1 cup of cheese. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. In the same bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over hashbrown mixture.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
