Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Clams, cleaned
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Add the shrimp and clams, cook until the clams open and the shrimp turn pink.
  6. 6. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
