Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Layer the chopped lettuce in the bottom of a large bowl.
  2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. Next, add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Follow with a layer of sliced cucumbers.
  5. Add a layer of diced red onions.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the onions.
  7. Top with cooked and crumbled bacon.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar to make the dressing.
  9. Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
