Shrimp Scampi with Pasta

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz Linguine or spaghetti
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Dry white wine or chicken broth
- ¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
4. Pour in white wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
