Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Linguine or spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Dry white wine or chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
