  • 2 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 6 rolls Sandwich Rolls

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the dry Italian salad dressing mix and dry ranch dressing mix over the roast.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and can be shredded easily.
  5. 5. Shred the beef using two forks and serve on sandwich rolls.
