Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 carrots sliced
- 3 potatoes diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Brown the beef stew meat on all sides.
2. Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add the beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef and vegetables are tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
