Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 jar Marinara sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. 3. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the marinara sauce over them.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve the meatballs with your favorite pasta or on a sub roll.
