Slow Cooker Oxtail Stew

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Oxtail
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Season oxtail with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, brown the oxtail on all sides.
3. Transfer oxtail to slow cooker.
4. Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, beef broth, tomato paste, and thyme to the slow cooker.
5. Cook on low for 8 hours or until oxtail is tender.
6. Serve hot.
