Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 pound Carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 pound Potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Add the carrots and potatoes around the roast.
Pour the beef broth over the roast and vegetables.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender.
