- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
Add onions and bell peppers, cook until tender.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
