Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- ¼ cup Cooked Bacon, chopped
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into mason jars, filling each about halfway. Add chopped bacon to each jar and stir gently.
4. Place the lids on the jars, but do not tighten them completely. Submerge the jars in the water bath and cook for 60 minutes.
5. Remove the jars from the water bath and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
