Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add cooled potatoes, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
