  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and chop.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, and pickle relish.
  3. Add chopped eggs to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Garnish with paprika.
