Spam Musubi Recipe
A simple and delicious Hawaiian snack made with Spam, rice, and nori.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 can Spam sliced into 8 pieces
- 4 sheets nori cut in half
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup sugar
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
2. In a frying pan, cook the Spam slices until crispy on both sides.
3. Mix soy sauce and sugar in a bowl. Add the mixture to the frying pan and cook until the Spam is caramelized.
4. Place a slice of Spam on a piece of nori. Add a scoop of rice on top using the musubi mold. Wrap the nori around the Spam and rice.
5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve warm or at room temperature.
