Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak, cubed Use a tender cut like sirloin
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add cubed steak and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add diced carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
