- 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm.
