Main Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, cooked and cut off the cob
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
