Instructions
1. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
3. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and fish slices in a line along the bottom edge of the rice.
4. Roll the bamboo mat away from you, pressing gently to shape the roll.
5. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp knife.
6. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
