Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Fresh fish (like salmon or tuna) sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon Pickled ginger for serving
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo mat.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and fish slices in a line along the bottom edge of the rice.
  4. 4. Roll the bamboo mat away from you, pressing gently to shape the roll.
  5. 5. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp knife.
  6. 6. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
