- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it thinly.
Cook until the edges start to brown and the top is set, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
