Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks canned or fresh
  • 1 cup Bell peppers cut into chunks
  • ½ cup Onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the pork with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Fry the pork until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add vinegar, ketchup, sugar, and cornstarch mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Return the pork to the wok and mix well with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
