Instructions
1. Marinate the pork with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Fry the pork until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add vinegar, ketchup, sugar, and cornstarch mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Return the pork to the wok and mix well with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
