Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and red chili flakes. Stir well.
  3. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water and add to the saucepan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
