Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Rice vinegar
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Red chili flakes
In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and red chili flakes. Stir well.
Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water and add to the saucepan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
