Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cucumbers sliced
  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, and celery seeds. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced cucumbers to the pot and remove from heat.
  3. 3. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Transfer the cucumbers and liquid into mason jars. Seal and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
