  • 2 cups Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, sesame oil, and chili flakes.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
