  • 8 links sausages pork or beef
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. While the sausages are baking, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Remove the baking dish from the oven, pour the batter over the sausages, and return to the oven.
  5. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the batter is puffed and golden brown.
