Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly in a skillet.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Add shredded chicken, avocado slices, tomato slices, lettuce, and queso fresco on top.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and serve immediately.
