Traditional Mexican Molletes
Molletes are a traditional Mexican open-faced sandwich, typically made with bolillo rolls, refried beans, cheese, and salsa.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Bolillo rolls sliced in half
- 2 cups Refried beans
- 2 cups Shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 cup Pico de gallo
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spread a generous layer of refried beans on each half of the bolillo rolls.
3. Top the beans with shredded cheese.
4. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo. Serve immediately.
