- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
Batter
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 4 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. In another bowl, pour the milk.
4. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in the milk, and then back in the flour mixture. Repeat this process two more times for each piece of chicken.
5. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
6. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
