Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the tuna mixture on the tortillas, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
