Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a saucepan of water to a gentle simmer. Add a splash of vinegar.
  2. 2. Crack the eggs into individual bowls and gently slide them into the simmering water. Poach for 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Spread the yogurt mixture on a serving plate.
  4. 4. In a skillet, melt the butter and add paprika and chili flakes. Cook until the butter is foamy and the spices are fragrant.
  5. 5. Place the poached eggs on top of the yogurt. Drizzle the chili butter over the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
