Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta Use your favorite type of pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion Finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Olives Sliced

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
