Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Green beans trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the carrots, celery, green beans, and potatoes. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
