Vegetable Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
